Peter Lucas to fill in on Team Santa Cruz-X Fusion
Team Santa Cruz-X Fusion riders Max Houtzager and Will Curtis both injured themselves riding recently with broken collarbones.
Will can recover in time for one more race this season while Max needs a longer recovery and will be back next year.
Another fast Marin local will race for the team at several races for the remainder of the season. Originating with a fast Junior X career in Downhill and DS he now likes to ride all kinds of Santa Cruz bikes (including 29ers) very fast. Peter Lucas recently finished top 20 at the stacked Ashland Enduro with a best stage finish of 4th.
